The library is located on the first floor, Suite 180, of the 6th + Main building on SW 6th Avenue between Main Street and SW Salmon Street in downtown Portland. Our address is 1050 SW 6th Avenue, Portland, OR 97204.

From the North:

Take Interstate 5 South to Portland. Then take exit 300B. Keep right and follow signs for Morrison Street/City Center. Continue on SE Morrison Bridge. Turn left onto SW 3rd Ave. Turn right onto SW Main St. The library is on the right at the corner of SW Main and SW 6th Ave.

From the South:

Take Interstate 5 North to Portland. Take exit 299B for Interstate 405 N toward City Center. Use the left two lanes to turn slightly left. Continue onto SW Harbor Drive. Turn right onto SW 4th Ave, then left on Main. The library is at the corner of SW Main and SW 6th Ave.

From the East:

Take Interstate 84 West to Portland. Use the left 2 lanes to take the exit toward City Center. Continue on the SE Morrison Bridge. Turn left onto SW 3rd Ave. Turn right onto SW Main St. The library is at the corner of SW Main and SW 6th.

From the West:

Take Route 26 East to Portland. Take exit 74 for Market St. Continue on Market Street. Turn left onto SW 6th Ave. The library is six blocks ahead at the corner of SW 6th and SW Main.

Parking

Metered parking is available throughout downtown Portland. Most meters accept cards and coins. There are also several parking garages nearby. Please see this map for more details.
