Who can checkout materials?

• Active and inactive members of the Oregon State Bar (photo ID required)
• Courier service or persons authorized by a member of the Oregon State Bar
  
  

Loan periods & renewals

• Most items can be checked out for fourteen days
• Materials can be renewed in person, by phone, or by email

Overdue Materials & Fees

Overdue notices are provided as a courtesy. The library does not charge late fees for overdue materials; however, we may charge replacement costs and/or revoke borrowing privileges for lost or overdue items.
